The headline of the letter in opposition to rodeos was ”Cruel rodeos”
with a question mark. The question mark should be omitted; rodeos are cruel, barbaric events in the same class as bullfighting where the four-legged creature doesn`t have a chance.
A couple of years ago as a fundraiser for the United Way of Chicago, a trip was sponsored to take children to the rodeo. There is too much shown on TV of man`s inhumanity to man, without taking the kids to a show to see man`s inhumanity to beast.
