Services for Charles R. Hoff, 55, a former director of nursing and vice president at Henrotin Hospital in Chicago, will be held Tuesday in Temple, Pa. He died Wednesday while vacationing in Spain. Mr. Hoff, a native of East Vincent Township, Pa., had retired from the hospital in 1985 after 20 years. Survivors include a sister and a foster brother.
