SHARP LEASES IN SUBURB

Sharp Corp., the Japanese electronics concern, leased a 388,000-square-foot industrial building for a Midwest distribution center in the Marquette Business and Industrial Center, Romeoville. The facility, to open in July, will employ up to 175 people.
