Maryland officials said they will recover more than $1 million from former Old Court Savings and Loan executive Allen Feinberg. Feinberg, 45, pleaded guilty to one count of theft and one count of fraud. Feinberg was an associate of former Old Court President Jeffrey Levitt, who is awaiting sentence after pleading guilty to misappropriating $14 million.
