The Heidelberg Eastern Inc. unit of EAC USA Inc. will relocate its central sales and distribution operations in July to the single-story, 36,737- square-foot office, showroom and distribution building being constructed by Opus Corp. at 625 Slawin Ct. in the Kensington Center business park in suburban Mt. Prospect.
Heidelberg, a distributor of graphic arts equipment, printing presses and other machinery used by the printing industry, will move from Rosemont.
Hiffman Shaffer & Co. represented Opus in lease negotations. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
EAC USA is the North American operation of East Asiatic Co. of Denmark.
