Steiger Tractor Inc., in Chapter 11 proceedings, said it agreed with its Australian lender, Australian & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., to the appointment of a receiver-manager over the assets of Steiger`s Australian subsidiary, Steiger Australia Ltd.
