United Development now is offering a fourth floor plan, the split-level Sycamore, at Windham Hill and Brentwood, two single-family subdivisions under construction in the western suburbs.
The 1,696-square-foot split-level Sycamore, has three bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and a two-car garage, according to Al Goodman, vice president.
”Home buyers requested that we add a split level to our available floor plans at Windham Hill and Brentwood,” Goodman explained. ”After careful review of several different plans, we responded with the Sycamore–a model already proven successful at two other United communities.”
Available at Windham Hill in Naperville and Brentwood in Lombard, the Sycamore has a base price of $94,490 and $98,990, respectively. Both developments offer three additional ranch and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,298 to 1,910 square feet. Prices at Windham Hill range from $87,490 to $102,490 and at Brentwood, from $89,490 to $106,990.
The Sycamore has a foyer open to the living room and adjoining dining room. The kitchen opens to a sunken family room, divided by a three-foot wooden railing.
Windham Hill is on Steeple Run Drive (becomes Meadowlake Drive), 1 1/2 miles west of Ill. Hwy. 53 off Maple Avenue in Naperville. Brentwood is on Foxworth Boulevard, one-half mile west of Finley Road in Lombard.
