Business optimism for 1986`s third quarter remains high, according to a survey of 1,433 executives by Dun & Bradstreet Corp. The executives surveyed generally anticipate the third quarter will benefit from strong consumer spending, declining worries over the federal deficit and a public perception that proposed tax reforms will benefit the economy.
