Services for Sam C. Sit, 67, an architect, were held Wednesday in Hope Lutheran Church, Park Forest. Mr. Sit, of Park Forest, died Sunday at home. He designed many Chicago area buildings, including Columbus Hospital and the St. Joseph Home for the Elderly in Palatine. He was president of PACE Associates, an architectural firm at 35 E. Wacker Dr. Survivors include his wife, Laura; a daughter, Theresa Durham; three sons, James, Robert and Charles; and four grandchildren.
