Services for Phillip Epstein, 50, a retired glazier, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Mr. Epstein, of Skokie, died Friday in Condell Memorial Hospital, Libertyville. He was a glazier for Pittsburgh Plate Glass Co., Chicago, until 5 years ago, when he retired for health reasons. Survivors include his wife, Gloria; a son, Scott; three daughters, Andrea Gitlin, Wendy and Faith; his father, Joseph; two grandchildren; two brothers; and three sisters.
