Services for Henry Franek, 55, owner of three golf speciality shops in the Chicago area, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel at 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles. Mr. Franek, of Skokie, died Sunday in Skokie Valley Hospital, Skokie. He was the owner of the Supreme Golf Sales & Repairs shops in Skokie, Roselle and Countryside. Survivors include his wife, Barbara; a son, Cole; a daughter, Sherry; a grandson; two brothers; and two sisters.
