Services for Terry Allen Weinstein, 26, who lived in a home for the retarded in Rolling Meadows, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Mr. Weinstein drowned Thursday in an Arlington Heights swimming pool while on an outing with residents of the Rolling Meadows home. He was employed at the Countryside Rehabilitation Sheltered Workshop in Barrington. Survivors include his mother, Rita; a sister; a brother; and his grandfather, Morris Weinstein.
