R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., the largest commercial printer in the United States, is increasing its Far East financial printing operations by opening a facility in Hong Kong and expanding an existing facility in Tokyo. Chicago-based Donnelley also has a financial printing facility in Singapore. Del A. Bishop was named president of Tokyo-based R.R. Donnelley Far East Ltd.
