Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a Rolling Meadows-based insurance broker and risk management firm, said Wednesday it has completed the acquisition of John Plumer & Co. Ltd., a London insurance broker associated with Lloyds of London. The deal, announced in May, was valued at more than $26 million.
