Services for Bob George, 60, president of SRO Promotions Inc., with offices in Lombard, will be held Monday in Saginaw, Mich. Mr. George died Tuesday in a Houston hospital. Twelve years ago, he and two partners founded SRO, which is active in the production of truck and tractor pulling events throughout the U.S. and Canada. Survivors include his wife, Louise; three daughters, Bobbi, Judy and Sherry; two sons, Rodney and Robert Brett; and a sister.
