Services for Bertha M. Blakely, 86, a registered nurse in the Chicago area for many years, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel at 252 S. State St., Elgin. Mrs. Blakely, formerly of Elgin, died Saturday in Spokane. She is survived by 3 sons, Johnston, Burton and Winston; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters; and a brother.
