Services for LeRoy W. Jacoby, 62, a retired Chicago police officer, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel at 4727 W. 103d St., Oak Lawn. Mr. Jacoby, who lived on the South Side, died Wednesday in Holy Cross Hospital. He had retired in June after 40 years on the police force, the last 15 assigned to the Marquette District. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include three daughters, Linda, Gail and Sharyl; two sons, Michael and Lee Wayne; three grandchildren; three sisters; and three brothers.
