A small item in your Midwest report (Aug. 18) tells how the residents of Rushville, Ill., are going to hold a fund-raising drive in an attempt to help a mother of two raise $170,000 to pay for a liver transplant to save her life. I have just four short questions. Who gets the $170,000? The donor?
