Joseph L. Aurichio was named president and chief operating officer of Kearney-National Inc., Rolling Meadows. Aurichio, who also becomes a director, had been executive vice president and chief operating officer. He replaces James A. Jaffe, who resigned last month as president and chief operating officer. James R. Rossen was named vice president and chief financial officer. Kearney-National makes electrical power distribution equipment and electrical and electronic components.
