Memorial services for M. Letitia Lestina, 78, a founding member of the Illinois Science Lecture Association, will be held at 3 p.m. Sept. 13 in Vail Chapel of Northwestern University, 1870 Sheridan Rd., Evanston. Miss Lestina, of the North Side, died Aug. 27 in Evanston Hospital. She taught commercial geography at Lake View High School until she retired in 1973 (this sentence as published has been corrected in this text). She also was executive director of the Illinois Science Lecture Association, a program for junior high and high school students. Survivors include two sisters and two brothers.
