Robert Kingswood Howe, 67, a retired manufacturer of industrial refrigeration, died Tuesday in his home in Maitland, Fla. Mr. Howe, a Chicago native, moved from Hoffman Estates to Florida in 1979. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Elaine; two sons, Steven P. and Scott W.; two sisters; and a brother. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in the First Presbyterian Church in Maitland.
