Let`s begin world disarmament and world peace with arms control for the juvenile gangs of Chicago and safety for our neighborhood kids. Let`s halt Chicago`s kid killing.
Can we really expect the President to do with international powers and terrorists what we can`t even do with our own kids?
Or perhaps if the juvenile gangs would kill a dozen international tourists instead of just another ”insignificant” kid every couple of weeks, we could call in the President to do what we can`t–bring peace and safety to our neighborhood kids.
