Kimberly-Clark Corp. said it is countersuing Procter & Gamble Co., charging P&G, the maker of Pampers diapers, with ”unlawfully monopolizing the market for disposable diapers and other violations of U.S. antitrust laws.”
P&G is suing Kimberly-Clark over alleged patent infringements for its Huggies diapers.
