Dennis Strigl, president of Ameritech Mobile Communications Inc., the regional Bell holding company`s cellular division, will become president and chief operating officer of Applied Data Research, a Princeton, N.J., software company acquired by Ameritech earlier this year. Richard C. Notebaert, vice president of national marketing for Ameritech Communications, will take over as president of Ameritech Mobile Communications.
