For many, many years, vaccination against smallpox for children going to school was a must. Then came the shots for polio and measles.
Today, every good parent should want their teen-age boy or girl going to high school to be tested for drugs. If we can save only 1 out of 100 children, we will be doing a good thing. Parents should also fight to get a law on the books whereby a pusher of drugs would get the death penalty if any teen-ager dies of an overdose.
