Services for Emerson Botsch, 64, a retired Chicago police officer, will be held Monday in Spring Hill, Fla. Mr. Botsch, of Hernando Beach, Fla., died Friday in a Florida hospital. Survivors include his wife, Adeline; a son, Jay; a daughter, Linda; and a sister.
