Nuclear Data Inc. posted a third-quarter loss of $1.4 million, compared with a profit of $64,000, or 3 cents a share, a year ago. Sales fell 17 percent to $12.7 million. The company said it lost money for the fourth consecutive quarter because of the depressed printed circuit board market.
