Chrysler Corp. said it will move about 5,000 employees from its world headquarters in Highland Park, Mich., to a technical center in Auburn Hills in neighboring Oakland County. The transfer of technicans and engineers affects half of Chrysler`s headquarters work force in Highland Park. The move will be made by 1990.
