Rieger Robinson Harrington & Co., a New York investment advisory firm that earlier disclosed an 8.98 percent stake in Champion Parts Rebuilders Inc. of Oak Brook, said it has an ”informal understanding” with other investors in the company, including the Cormier Group of Franklin, N.H., holders of 5.5 percent of the stock. The two groups said the may seek a ”recomposition” of the Champion board.
