Rose Brown, 80, a retired secretary for the Illinois Department of Public Health, died Thursday in Edgewater Hospital. Mrs. Brown, of Rogers Park, retired from the agency 10 years ago. Survivors include her husband, Edward; a son, Roger; and a grandson. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel at 1300 W. Devon Ave.
