New York real estate tycoon Donald Trump in a filing with the Nevada gaming control board requested a ”sutability” ruling as a major stockholder in Holiday Corp. Trump reported he has 4.8 percent of Holiday`s stock. Because Holiday is an operator of casinos in Nevada, the board`s approval would be required for Trump to increase his stake in the company above 5 percent.
