Dick Clark Productions Inc. is going public, joining the list of television program producers making initial stock offerings. The Burbank, Calif.-based company, headed by TV personality Dick Clark, filed an offering of 1.6 million common shares with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company produces and syndicates such TV shows as ”American Bandstand” and
”Putting on the Hits.”
