Shareholders of Land of Lincoln Savings and Loan rejected a bid by two dissidents seeking seats on the company`s board, according to a final tally of Lincoln`s shareholders meeting Oct. 29. Chicago investment executive Ronald A. Alghini and Connecticut business consultant W. Brewster Kopp were defeated by management nominees Frank J. Kinst and Phillip R. Kasik.
