A memorial service for Harold Belzer, 80, a Continental Insurance Companies employee until retiring 16 years ago, will be announced at a later date. Mr. Belzer, formerly of Chicago, died Nov. 29 in Kent General Hospital, Dover, Del., where he lived since his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; a son, Douglas; two daughters, Deborah Parker and Patricia Larson;
and a brother.
