Services for Arthur I. Bloom, owner and operator of the Arthur I. Bloom insurance agency at 3766 W. Devon Ave., Lincolnwood, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel at 3019 W. Peterson Ave. He died Sunday in Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge. He is survived by his wife, Hildred; two sons, Alan and Andrew; and a brother.
