Chicago real estate developer Leonard Chavin, who previously said he might seek control of L.E. Myers Co., raised his stake in that Oak Brook construction company to 9.1 percent from 8 percent. In a filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Chavin didn`t provide any new details of his intentions toward Myers. He said he now holds 204,600 Myers shares, including 23,600 shares purchased between Dec. 30 and Jan. 7 at $5.12 to $5.87 a share.
