Drivers and mechanics of Greyhound Lines Inc. voted to authorize a strike, while saying no such action appears imminent against the nation`s largest intercity bus line. Dallas businessman Fred Currey, who recently bought the bus line from Phoenix-based Greyhound Corp. for $350 million, said he has had ”informal conversations” with the union but made no contract commitments.
