Kraft Inc. signed a letter of intent to acquire Holleb & Co., a food-service distributor based in west suburban Bensenville. One of the largest food-service distributors in Chicago and surrounding areas, Holleb had sales last year of roughly $85 million, Glenview-based Kraft said.
