Marriott Corp. completed the previously announced sale of several restaurant chains formerly owned by its Saga subsidiary to American Restaurant Group Inc. Included are the Stuart Anderson`s Black Angus, Grandy`s, Velvet Turtle, Spoons and Spectrum Foods chains.
