The Semiconductor Industry Association said its key measure of activity rose slightly. The association`s book-to-bill ratio climbed to 1.11 for the three months ended in January, from a revised 1.09 reported for the three-month period ended in December. Anything above a ratio of 1 means orders are expanding.
