Cindy Dilger, Elizabeth Seton–In three games, the junior center had 60 points and 41 rebounds.

Krista Eshoo, Benet Academy–In two games, the 5-8 senior had 62 points.

Robbie Jeter, Quigley South–The 6-2 senior guard scored 46 points in two games.

Rachel Lackie, Mundelein–The 5-10 junior had 28 points and 13 rebounds against North Chicago. Against Fenton, she had 20 points and 14 rebounds.

Andrew Mamaya, Walther Lutheran–In his first varsity start, the 6-5 sophomore had 18 points and 18 rebounds. In another game, he had 14 points and 19 rebounds.

Natalie Perrino, York–In two games, the senior had 46 points, 24 rebounds and 7 steals.

Dave Pygon, St. Rita–Against Evanston, the 6-1 senior guard scored 20 points, including 8 for 8 from the line, and added 6 rebounds.

Ron Richford, Grant–The 6-1 senior forward had 73 points and 26 rebounds in three games.

WRESTLING

Steve Kurkjian, Naperville North–The 112-pound senior won the Naperville Central regional with a 13-3 victory over Hinsdale Central`s once-beaten Eric Monte. Kurkjian is 31-5 for the season.

TRACK AND FIELD

Tony Laskowski, Downers Grove North–The junior won the 1,600 meters in 4 minutes 29.0 seconds at the Hinsdale Central ”Little Four” Invitational, the best time in the state in the indoor track season.
