The semiconductor industry`s key economic indicator continued to show improvement during February, with worldwide orders and shipments showing a slight increase, said the Semiconductor Industry Association. The group`s widely tracked book-to-bill ratio, which shows the trend of new orders, increased to 1.13, its fifth consecutive monthly rise.
