Services for Dr. Jack P. DeVries, 54, a veterinarian, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Federated Church, Sandwich. Dr. DeVries, of Naperville, died Saturday in Edward Hospital, in the western suburb. He owned and operated the Boulder Terrace Veterinarian Clinic in Naperville and the Amber Leaf Clinic in Winfield. He is survived by his wife, Jean; a son, Jerry; three daughters, Linda Van Horn, Debbie and Brenda; his parents, Jerry and Lelia;
four grandchildren; and two sisters.
