Services for Libby Klen, 82, a former officer of the Czechoslovak Society of America, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel at 6227 W. Cermak Rd., Berwyn. Mrs. Klen died Sunday in her Berwyn home. She had been the vice president of the cultural division of the C.S.A. as well as a member of the organization`s Lodge Jubilejni 253. Mrs. Klen is survived by two sisters.
