Chicago-based Interand Corp., which is developing a video telephone, said it has received a $1 million loan from Marubeni Corp. of Japan, to be followed by another $1 million loan this spring from the Japanese trading company. Interand also received a $1.1 million order for its video conference systems from Japan`s Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp.
