On June 9, 1986, I initiated a health care policy for my youngest daughter with Blue Cross/Blue Shield; the two-month premium was $106.80.

I received notice recently that the next two-month policy, due April 9, for the same services is $132.34.

In less than a year an almost 30 percent increase is tantamount to stealing.
