Billionaire H. Ross Perot was named ”Bonehead of the Year” for waiting four weeks to cash a check for $700 million. The Bonehead Club of Dallas singled out Perot for his tardiness in banking the money, which he received as a severance settlement from General Motors Corp. when he agreed to leave GM`s board of directors.
