Mass for Mable W. Singleton, 79, a retired Cook County Welfare Department office worker, will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Dorothy`s Catholic Church, 7735 S. Vernon Ave. Mrs. Singleton died Tuesday in her South Side home. She was the wife of Ernest Singleton, a retired U.S. Postal Service worker. Also surviving are a son, Ernest Jr.; a daughter, Betty Williams; and seven grandchildren.
