I am outraged with the Illinois Commerce Commission`s decision to consider meeting Commonwealth Edison`s deadline on its controversial proposal!
I always believed the reason for the existence of this commission was to keep pressure on the utility companies, to succumb to the pressure from these companies.
How will the commission and Gov. Thompson (who appoints these members), explain this one?
