I reacted with dismay upon reading that Rep. Terzich`s sponsored legislation to limit smoking in public buildings and restaurants was defeated in committee. Now that we know passive smoke is a hazard, any nonsmoker should be angered that his health is being injured by another person.
Any parents who are really concerned about their child`s welfare should be on the phone or writing their state representative today.
